HERE IS WHERE YOU PERSONALISE YOUR FESTIVE MAGIC LETTERS
You are able to fully edit the contents of the letter, basic wording is provided but you can write absolutely anything on your letter (max word count applies).
This gives you the most personal experience possible. Perfect as a keepsake for a first Christmas or to renew a little one's faith in the magic, these letters are the perfect way to excite the whole family before the big day. why not remember to include;

EACH FORM IS FOR ONE LETTER ONLY
- if you are happy to combine a letter for multiple children you only need to complete this once.
For multiple children, you will need to complete a submission for EACH child, for example for 3 childrena dn three sperate and uniqueletters you will need 3 separate submissions - this is to ensure all details are correct and letters are created specifically to the individual childs details.
Please bear in mind that these letters are a completely hand made item and as such will never be exactly the same aspictured, while every effort is made to ensure quality, you may notice some differences
multiple letters - for example the colour of wax seals as they are completely bespoke.
Please ensure your wording is checked and double checked as errors cannot be corrected without charge.
Changes to a letter, envelope or certificate will be charged at a fee of £5 once the item is made.
Changes to all three will require a full fee again. Please be sure to fill out all the required boxes.
Orders will be fullfilled on a 'first come, first served' basis, there is no 'Express' service at this time.
Sets take 3-5 days to complete.
Delivery is charged at £2.95 royal mail signed for to ensure items arrive on time, however collection from ME7 Gillingham, is recommended to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Ho Ho Ho! Greetings from a snowy North Pole and a very Merry Christmas to you! What a wonderful year it has been, full of fun and excitement. Everyone here in the North Pole is very busy in the workshop, because never before have so many children made it to my Nice list, but I’m pleased to say that I have checked my list twice and you did it!! {NAME} you absolutely deserve to be on the ‘Nice List’ - WELL DONE!! We're all so proud of you!!
My elves have checked with your family and they have all told me how amazing you have been. They are so proud of you and everything you’ve achieved this year. Most of all they have told me that you have the true spirit of Christmas - being kind and caring to all of your family and friends - you’ll be pleased to know they are all on the ‘Nice list’ too!
Rudolf is delighted so many of you made it to my list as he loves to fly all over the world on Christmas Eve. My elf friend Conker is in charge of packing my sleigh this year, so be sure to send your list to me. I'm so excited to see all the beautiful gifts fill my sleigh, ready for the big night when I can bring you your presents on Christmas Eve. Remember though, as much as you may want to catch a glimpse of my lovely reindeer, we can only deliver when all the children are asleep, so no staying up late and no peeking!! Elf promise?
